What We Do

Psalm 68:5 -“Father of the fatherless and protector of the widows is God in his holy habitation.”

Our Mission:
Guided by Psalm 68:5”—We believe caring for vulnerable children is a calling for us all.

Safe & Loving Home:
We provide a temporary safe home for abandoned, abused, and neglected babies until permanent placement is arranged. Every child in our care receives love, guidance, and the essentials needed to grow and flourish.

How We Care:
• Milestone Tracking & Play: Encouraging growth and skill development through guided play
• Health & Medical Care: Regular immunisations, check-ups, and doctor visits
• Legal & Adoption Support: Assistance with court, clinic, and adoption processes
• Daily Routines: Feeding, rocking, cleaning, and laundry.

Our Impact:
• 1 child reunited with family
• 5 children placed in permanent, loving homes
• Continuous monitoring of each child’s emotional, physical, and spiritual development
• Individualized care to reach developmental milestones.

Our Team:
Two full-time House Parents and eight staff members work in 12-hour shifts to ensure the home runs smoothly. Support from our donors and volunteers sustains our mission and enables us to continue transforming live.

Sustaining Our Work:
Operating costs range from R90,000 to R100,000 per month, covering general household expenses (rent, water and electricity), medical care, immunisations, developmental monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
